He added the farmers were rounded-up from the Chahar Say, Chahar Band and Chehel Tapay areas. The spokesman said the men have been arrested on the order of Taliban commander Mawlawi Mohammadullah also known as Mansour.<\/p>\n<p>The Taliban or any other groups have not taken responsibility for the abduction.
