Protestors claimed that the victims were security forces&rsquo; personnel, and were murdered in a guesthouse. They urged local authorities to bring the culprits to justice.<\/p>\n<p>Hayatullah Amiri, chief of the district, told SalamWatandar that the murders stem from personal feuds. He said only 2 of the victims were from the security forces.
