{"id":83906,"date":"2017-01-29T07:59:46","date_gmt":"2017-01-29T07:59:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swn.af\/lib\/dire-conditions-of-prisoners-in-ghazni\/"},"modified":"2017-01-29T07:59:46","modified_gmt":"2017-01-29T07:59:46","slug":"dire-conditions-of-prisoners-in-ghazni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swn.af\/archive\/dire-conditions-of-prisoners-in-ghazni\/","title":{"rendered":"Dire conditions of prisoners in Ghazni"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/Uploads\/2017\/jan\/29\/ghazni - Copy 1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>GHAZNI (SW): Authorities in Ghazni province have said the central prison in the province infringes prisoner rights.<\/p>\n<p>Abdul Karim Matin, the provincial governor,&nbsp;expressed concerns over the conditions of the cells as they are humid and occupied by 14 to 20 prisoners.&nbsp;While visiting the prison on Sunday, the&nbsp;provincial governor said the prison building is not up to the standards.<\/p>\n<p>Aminullah Amarkhil, provincial police chief, has said an ammount of 70 afghanis is allocated to feed each prisoner in a day which is not adequate.
