He said the attacker detonated his explosives upon entering the residence of Khuda Dad in the 2nd police district area in the city.<\/p>\n<p>According to the police, a car laden with explosives has been recovered at the site of this blast. A security source who wished not to be named said those targeted in this attack were employees of the National Directorate of Security (NDS).<\/p>\n<p>The Taliban on their part, claimed to have killed &lsquo;scores&rsquo; of pro-government individuals.
