Muhibullah Saleh, a representative from this district in the provincial council told Salam Watandar that a group of armed militants torched this school in the Kutub Khel village in this district. He added that first the rebels tied the school guards and then set the girls&rsquo; school ablaze.<\/p>\n<p>As many as 550 girls were enrolled at this facility.
