This incident took place last night in Mula Nooh Baba area in Andar district. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Amanullah Hotak, the head of High Peace Council in Ghazni, stated that as many as 8 passengers have been abducted. He added that Taliban have taken the kidnapped passengers to villages in Andar district and so far their exact whereabouts are not known.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gen.
