The spokesman has expressed possibility of the Hezb-e-Isalmi Party being involved in this abduction.<\/p>\n<p>Hezb-e-Isalmi in Baghlan&nbsp;has not commented on it yet.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the spokesperson for Baghlan governor has noted that efforts to free the abducted employees have begun.<\/p>\n<p>Noor-ul-Deen Ziyai, the deputy director for provincial mines and petroleum department, is said to be among the abducted men.
