KABUL (SW): Ahmad Zia Massoud, the special presidential envoy on reforms and good governance, has said that the militants are approaching their end and 2016 would see Taliban vanish for good.<\/p>\n
Speaking at the 24th<\/sup> anniversary of Mujaheddin’s victory over the then communist regime, he urged upon all citizens to be united and stand against terrorist groups.<\/p>\n He said that being lenient towards the enemy would come at the cost of Afghanistan’s sovereignty.<\/p>\n He went on to say that a national resistance is needed in order to stand against the Taliban’s activities.<\/p>\n He blamed Pakistan as the catalyst for all insecurities in Afghanistan. He added that Pakistan has always dismantled security in Afghanistan and therefore there should be a resistance against it.
