{"id":81824,"date":"2016-04-25T07:24:44","date_gmt":"2016-04-25T07:24:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swn.af\/lib\/floods-leave-over-100-dead-across-the-country\/"},"modified":"2016-04-25T07:24:44","modified_gmt":"2016-04-25T07:24:44","slug":"floods-leave-over-100-dead-across-the-country","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swn.af\/archive\/floods-leave-over-100-dead-across-the-country\/","title":{"rendered":"Floods leave over 100 dead across the country"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/Uploads\/2016\/2016 Online\/4 April\/25  Apr\/sylab - Copy 1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>KABUL (SW): Officials at the Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority (ANDMA), has said that due to torrential rains in a number of provinces across the country over the past month, 108 people have lost lives while dozens more have been injured.<\/p>\n<p>Mohamad Aslam Seyas, Deputy Head for the ANDMA, told Salam Watandar that as a result of floods across the country, 1887 houses have been damaged.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the floods have damaged hundreds acres of lands in various parts of the country.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/Uploads\/2016\/2016 Online\/4 April\/25  Apr\/seyas.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He added that the affected families have received assistances but he didn&rsquo;t specify the amount of assistances allocated for the victims.
