He mentioned that it seemed to be a suicide attack.<\/p>\n<p>He confirmed 13 people have lost lives in the attack.<\/p>\n<p>Taliban claimed responsibility of the attack by claiming to have killed an Afghan Local Police (ALP) Mushtaq &nbsp;and three of his companions.
