In this order 41, 13, 9 and 8 per cent of the budget has been allocated respectively.<\/p>\n<p>He added a number of mega projects, including power transmission, construction of public buildings and rural roads, renovation of the Dar-ul-Aman palace, extension of public transport in Kabul, agriculture and information technology projects are included in the draft budget.<\/p>\n<p>The deputy minister said the government is also striving hard to promote the private sector.
