Both are claiming ownership of a commercial plot in the eastern parts of Khost. The dispute flared-up when men associated with Humayoun wished to begin construction on it.<\/p>\n<p>The protesters claim armed men associated with Humayoun has opened fire on them, killing one person and injuring five others.
