{"id":79475,"date":"2018-11-17T06:34:41","date_gmt":"2018-11-17T06:34:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swn.af\/lib\/moe-to-recruit-30000-teachers\/"},"modified":"2020-12-19T11:00:38","modified_gmt":"2020-12-19T11:00:38","slug":"moe-to-recruit-30000-teachers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swn.af\/archive\/moe-to-recruit-30000-teachers\/","title":{"rendered":"MoE to recruit 30,000 teachers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" height=\"330\" src=\"\/2017_Uploads\/2018\/NOV\/17\/\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0645 - Copy.jpg\" width=\"660\" \/><\/p>\n<p>KABUL (SW) &ndash; The Ministry of Education will recruit 30,000 female teachers within five years in a bid to increase the presence of women in the field of education.<\/p>\n<p>Nooria Nazhat, spokesperson for the MoE, said at a presser here on Saturday that providing access to education to deprived girls in remote areas and paving the way for women&rsquo;s economic self-sufficiency by hiring them as teachers are the main goals of the program,&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&quot;2674 contracted teachers were recruited last year and 2326 other contracted teachers were recruited during the current year&rdquo;, she said, adding, 30,000 contracted teachers will be recruited in rural areas in 34 provinces of the country and in areas where access to a teacher, in particular a female teacher, is limited.<\/p>\n<p>The MoE has also prepared the menstrual hygiene guidelines for girls that will be published in the near future.
