Credable sources claim the candidate is among those killed.<\/p>\n<p>Abdul Salam Afghan, spokesman for the police headquarters, has confirmed the incident. Without sharing the details, he said the blast has caused casualties.<\/p>\n<p>There has been no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
