He pronounced this as part of the new U.S. war strategy that dictates vacating posts in the remote areas under the influence of the rebels.<\/p>\n<p>Governor of Qaisaar district, Haji Rehmatullah, has also acknowledged these reports.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, deputy to the army chief, Gen.&nbsp; Abdul Hameed Hameed, told SW the forces have been directed to the district centers in a bid to avoid casualties.
