Civilians living close&nbsp;to police stations have fled for safer places.<\/p>\n<p>The clashes resumed this morning at around 11:00 am with the rebels torching a police station and Ghaznaviyan TV office in the city.<\/p>\n<p>An official at the public hospital informed 16 bodies and 30 injured were brought to the hospital today.
