KHOST CITY (SW) – Unknown men have cut the tongue of a young student in Khost province, an official has confirmed.<\/p>\n

 According to reports, the 13-year-old boy named Nezamuddin is a seventh grade student. He was busy preparing for ongoing school exams in the Matoon Gulzar Aka area of the capital city, Khost, when the attackers committed the horrific crime.<\/p>\n

The boy is unable to speak, and has so far not explained the circumstances via signs or body language.<\/p>\n

Abdul Baseer Bena, spokesman for the police headquarters, has confirmed the incident. He informed Salam Watandar efforts are underway to nab the culprits.<\/p>\n

The locals, however, claim the boy’s family is facing a tribal feud that previously resulted in his abduction.<\/p>\n
