He added the &lsquo;ineffective&rsquo; operation by the security forces has resulted in the Taliban&rsquo;s siege of Qala-e-Nau, Bala Murghab, Qades, Ab Kamari and Jond districts.<\/p>\n<p>Badghes residents are equally concerned over the prevailing insecurity. The locals informed insecurity has resulted in many casualties among the security forces for which they blamed &lsquo;weak leadership&rsquo; in the security sector.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Juma Khan Adeel, commander of the 606-Anssar Zone, has discarded these allegations.
