He said a voters&rsquo; registration center is located close to the site of the blast. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The spokesman said the explosives were placed in a rickshaw motorcycle.<\/p>\n<p>Inamullah Miakhail, spokesman for the Directorate of Public Health, has confirmed seven civilians, including children got wounded in this blast.
