They said the militants did&nbsp;not allow them to transfer the dead bodies and the injured people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0px 0px 13.33px; text-align:justify\">Amanullah, the district police chief, told Salam Watandar that about 400 families have been displaced due to the fighting.
