SHEBERGHAN (SW): A woman has been strangled to death by her Daesh sympathizer nephew for rejecting a suicide bombing mission in Jawzjan, an official said.
Rahmatullah Turkistani, the provincial police chief, told Salam Watandar that the 33-year-old “Shafia” was encouraged by her pro-Daesh husband “Qari Zia” to commit suicide bombing in Sheberghan, but the victim had rejected the mission.
According to the police chief, the victim had surrendered herself to security forces and lived with her nephew, “Rohullah” after the rejection of the suicide mission. The police chief also added that she was beaten and strangled to death by her nephew on Monday night.
A reliable security source told Salam Watandar that after killing his aunt, the nephew joined Daesh ranks in Darz Aab district of the province.
