KABUL(SW): The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has announced that it will intensify the killing of Taliban’s leaders in order to bring them to negotiating table. CIA is going to send a special unit to Afghanistan to eliminate the Taliban leaders.
In a report published by the New York Times, it said “this special unit will work alongside the Afghan special forces to target the Taliban leaders and commanders”.
So far, the CIA has neither approved nor denied this report.
While U.S. President Donald Trump has said in his new strategy for Afghanistan and South Asia that he will not engage in a nation-building in Afghanistan, though he will put the Taliban peace talk with Kabul and putting the pressure on Taliban on top of his agenda.
