KABUL (SW): Although, American men are on the top of the Pyramid for world’s richest people, however, the world’s richest women are from China.
According to Forbes Magazine, self-made woman, Hong Kong’s Zhou Qunfei, owner of glass chain factories making glass covers for cell phones; with 9.8 billion net assets, is the richest women in the world. Zhou Xiaoguang with her husband Yu Yunxin is at the second place with $9.3 billion.
Among the 50 richest women in the world who have been chosen by Forbes Magazine, 28 are Chinese citizens.
However, according to Forbes list, the President of America, Donald Trump has fallen 200 numbers down his ranking over a year among the world’s billionaires. Donald Trump was ranked 544th in the world’s richest last year, however, losing more than $400 million, he stands at 766th in the list this year.
According to Forbes, this fall is partly related to the losses in the small investments of Trump businesses. Forbes magazine’s estimations are much lower than what Donald Trump had claimed during the election. In 2015, he claimed that his wealth was over $10 billion. Donald Trump is the first billionaire who became the President of the United States and had retired from his business handing over all the businesses to his eldest sons, Don Jr. and Eric Trump.
Donald Trump’s businesses include 18 buildings in New York City, golf courses and a beverage company, as well as all the other companies around the world which operate under his business license and title. According to Forbes, the value of the Trump Tower, the most famous building in the heart of the Fifth Avenue shopping area in Manhattan fell by $41 million last year.
Jeff Bezos, the maker of online shopping giants, Amazon, with the $112 billion earnings, is the richest man in the world. Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, and Warren Buffett is in the third in the ranking.
