Taliban leadership has called on its forces in the statement to not inflict any casualties on the citizens and government’s properties.

According to the UNAMAs’ recent reports, Taliban are responsible for 62 percent of civilians’ casualties.

He warned the militants that if they didn’t join the peace talks, they would be suppressed.
