FEROZKOH (SW): Omar Mohajer, the founder of Daesh in Ghor, is killed by the Taliban.
Abdul Hai Khatibi, the provincial governor’s spokesman, said that Omar Mohajer, the Daesh founder and leader in Ghor, along with Mullah Shokor, another Daesh commander, were killed in a clash with Taliban in the north of Firozkoh city.
According to him, the Taliban are fighting to completely destroy Daesh in Raghsan area north of the province.
The provincial governor’s spokesman did not say anything about Omar Mohajer, but he said that Mullah Shokor was responsible for the killing 30 civilians in the province a few months ago.
Daesh and the Taliban have not yet commented to media on this matter.
As a result of Taliban and Daesh clashes, 4 Daesh rebels, with 2 of their commanders and 8 Taliban fighters, including Sabghatullah, the shadow deputy governor for Herat, were killed and 12 Taliban were wounded.
