SAR-I-PUL CITY (SW): The Taliban insurgents in Sar-i-Pul province have shot dead 3 women and a child for allegedly cooperating with the government.
Local authorities have said the incident took place on Friday in Sayad district of the province. Zabiullah Amani, provincial governor’s spokesman, told Salam Watandar that the Taliban shot dead the victims in Biland Ghor Naw area of Sayad district where currently the “Alburz” military operation is going on against the insurgents. “We are investigating to gather information on the incident from the locals”, informed Amani.
Taliban have not commented on the issue yet.
