PUL-I-KHOMRI (SW): Local officials in northern province Baghlan have said that Taliban’s in-fighting in Dahana-e-Ghori district in the province over collecting taxes from the locals, left 13 Taliban insurgents dead and 10 more wounded.
Mohammad Qul Mobarez, the police chief in the district, told Salam Watandar that the clash between two Taliban commanders Mullah Majid and Mullah Akhtar Gul’s men took place late on Wednesday in Baklab and Seybak areas in the district.
A number of residents in Dehana-e-Ghori, urged upon the government to make most of the rifts between the militants and clear them of the district.
