T20 World Cup: Cricket world to see clash of titans

KOLKATA (SW): Two top team of the cricket world England and West Indies would be face to face for the World T20 Cup final in Kolkata, India on Sunday.

Both teams have high morale as England experienced the winning of same title in 2010 while the mighty West Indies lifted the trophy later in 2012. The English team however, is yet to beat West Indies in any T20 encounter.

To reach to the finals, West Indies remained undefeated in the tournament except for an astonishing defeat against the emerging Afghanistan.

According to the cricinfo, test cricket originated in England, West Indies became its biggest stars. Fifty-over cricket originated in England, West Indies became its biggest stars. T20 cricket originated in England, West Indies are again its biggest stars.

England captain Eoin Morgan has said that it is not going to be a normal game. “Even in the semi-final there was quite a lot of hype of expectation playing the final. I want all of our players to embrace it. On Sunday, everything will feel rushed to start with, but we want to be in a really good frame of mind to slow things down when needed. Most importantly execute our skills”.

The WI Captain Darresn Sammy has been quoted saying that they have studied England. “We look at the players. They have a lot of match-winners. We don't take that for granted. But after we have done that we shift the focus back on us”.

Winner will take away a cash prize of $ 100, 000.
