GHOR(SW): A suicide bomber today (Friday) in a mosque in Dolaina district of Ghor province detonated his explosives verst among the Friday prayers which killed 30 people and injured many others.
Ahmad Hussain Danishyar, the Mayor of Dolaina district, confirmed the incident and told to Salamwatandar that the suicide attacker detonated his explosives vest during the Friday prayer among people in the Jamie Khwajagah mosque.
According to Mr. Danishyar, 30 people including Fazal Ahad one of the Jamiat Islami commander have lost their lives. Mr. Danisyar added that the target of this suicide attack was likely to be commander Fazal. Ahad
Ghulam Naser Ghaze, Govornor of Ghor Province said that as a result of this suicide attack 9 people were killed and 4 others were injured.
So far, no group has taken the responsibility for this attack.
