FARYAB (SW): According to police, a woman in Qaisar district of Faryab had killed her step-son and had buried his dead body under a tree in her garden.
Rahmatullah Qaisari, district governor of Qaisar told Salam Watandar that the child was three years old and his step-mother had murdered him.
According to Qaisari, Shakila, the alleged murderer of the child, had been captured by police while she was trying to bury her step-son's dead body in her garden. Police had been tipped off by the neighbors, Qaisari added.
Qaisari informed that Shakila has been detained by the security forces.
The local authorities in Faryab said the reason behind the murder could be the inheritance and family issues.
