KABUL (SW): Reports suggest that four rockets landed on new parliament building on Monday.
The incident took place when acting ministers of interior and defense as well as acting director of National Directorate of Security (NDS) were on their way to the building to brief lawmakers on the recent security situations.
It is said that one of the rockets has hit the main building and one has hit security guards compound while the other hit a US forces based around the parliament building.
According to Salam Watandar’s reporter from the scene, the incident happened at 9:00 in the morning and it is not clear where they have been fired from.
There is no report on the casualties yet.
Security forces have yet to comment about it to the media.
