KABUL (SW): Dozens of citizens today staged a protest in front of the Pakistan Embassy in Kabul in the Shahr-e Naw Park. The protesters demanded the resignation of the leaders of the National Unity Government and bringing a serious reform in the security agencies in the country.

Ramish Noori, A member of Resurrection Movement “Rastakhiz Taghir”, read out the protester’s resolution that said the lack of proper leadership of the heads of NUG caused the civilians to be sacrificed daily in suicide attacks.

“Pakistan has a hostile policy against Afghanistan and we demand the government to cut all ties with Pakistan”, said Safiullah Sultani another protester.

The protesters demanded the United Nations to enlist Pakistan as the supporters of terrorism. Meanwhile, they warned the government if their demands are not met, they will continue to protest.

Kabul has seen several bloody suicide attacks in recent days which have killed more than 100 and wounded more than 240.
