Prolific Afghan writer Babak Arghand passes away

MONITORING (SW) – Babak Arghand, a prolific Afghan writer, has died in the Netherlands.

Arghand has to his credit many notable pieces of literature including Marjan, a short story collection, Dast-e-Elvan, a short story collection, Daftarcha Surkh, a short story collection and more.

He is remembered as one of Afghanistan's most prolific writers.
