
SHEBERGHAN (SW): Pro-Daesh rebels have taken over 4 military outposts in Darz Aab district of Jawzjan province.
Local authorities of Darz Aab district have said the pro-Daesh rebels, including militants from Uzbekistan, have been attacking security outposts since Saturday afternoon, the fighting is still going on between the rebels and the government forces in the district.
Rahmatullah Hashar, chief of Darz Aab district, told Salam Watandar the pro-Daesh rebels attacked security outposts in Alqani, Mughal, and Sar Dara villages of the district, and have managed to overrun 4 military outposts. “So far, 4 Afghan Local Police (ALP) officers are killed and 4 more are imprisoned”, informed Hashar. He further added 4 Daesh fighters are also killed and 2 are injured.
