Pro-Daesh rebels abduct 9 civilians in Ghor
CHIGHCHIRAN (SW): Local authorities said pro-Daesh rebels have abducted 9 civilians from Morgh Aab area on Friday evening in Ghor province.
Abdul Hai Khatibi, provincial governor’s spokesman, told Salam Watandar that a landmine had killed two Daesh rebels on Thursday which has prompted the group to abducted civilians as a retaliation.
According to the spokesman, all the abductees are local residents. He also said the rebels took the civilians to Raqskan village of Morgh Aab district.
The provincial security authorities have confirmed the abduction of the civilians by the Daesh rebels, but the authorities said the fate of the abductees is unknown yet.
The security officials have claimed that the Daesh rebels are busy in training and recruiting in Feroz Koh city.
