KABUL (SW) – The power utility DABS announced here on Friday that the power supply has been resumed to Kabul and 10 other provinces.
This comes three weeks after unknown miscreants uprooted the main power transmission tower in the southern Salang Pass denying electricity to millions of people.
For the past three weeks, residents in the capital Kabul faced grim power breakdowns for hours causing all sorts of troubles.
