KABUL (SW): Today, the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission of Afghanistan (IARCSC) at Kabul University conducted an exam for the candidates of the procurement positions.
Participants in the test for the procurement positions for the civil service jobs said that the lack of transparency and corruption have caused them to see this process with doubt. According to them, a number of people are hired for these positions without these tests.
The participants added that mediating and lack of transparency in recruitment, bring strong psychological blows to young people which leave them discouraged.
However, Abdul Latif Roshan, the acting minister of Higher Education,was confident of the transparency in the tests and said that for the 607 positions for the procurement positions, 8175 people have participated.
The test for the hiring in the procurement department is the second largest tests after the test for the electronic national identity card department.
