KABUL (SW): Mohammad Sarwar Danish, the Second Vice President (SVP), has announced that the government is working on a draft plan aimed at balanced distribution of power.

Meanwhile, Mohammad Hidayat, an advisor to the SVP, told Salam Watandar that to distribute the power equally, surveys are being conducted in the Presidential Palace since the beginning of the current year. Hidayat noted so far the ethnic balance of the power has not been implemented fairly and the government is committed to reassure this balance.
In the meantime, Ferdows Kawosh, comentator on political affairs, believed that people have been unhappy with power distribution system in the last 15 years. He said that people’s resentment would persist unless the Constitution and the governing system are not amended. Kawosh noted that there is a need to decentralize the system by creating new compositions like the French model of governiance.
