KABUL (SW) – A patrolling convoy of the NATO-led Resolute Support mission came under attack in Bagram district of Parwan province on Friday evening.
Alozay Ahmadi, commander of the security coordination center in Bagram, told Salam Watandar that the incident took place in the Sar-e-Sayad area of the district where a suicide car bomber attacked the NATO convoy.
He said no confirmed reports are available about the losses inflicted upon the NATO forces, however a number of shops caught fire due to the blast.
There has been no immediate response from the NATO in this regard.
Meanwhile, the Taliban claimed to have killed seven foreign troops in this attack.
