Man kills young daughter in law in Herat

HERAT CITY (SW): Security officials in Herat have said that a man killed his young daughter in law in Maslakh area of Herat city on Sunday morning.

Abdul Ahad Walizada, the spokesman for the provincial police, told Salam Watandar that the incident took place around 7 a.m. According to the police spokesman, the culprit has been apprehended and is under investigation. The police have called the murder domestic violence and personal feud.

Herat police also announced the assassination of a young man in the province. Abdul Ahad Walizada, the spokesman for the provincial police, said that this victim shot dead in the 7th police district of Herat city on Saturday afternoon.

“The victim was a resident of Badghis, and the initial investigations indicate that this person had recently killed a man in Badghis and then escaped to Herat”, informed Walizada.

According to Herat police spokesman, no one has been arrested in connection with this case.
