KABUL(SW): Momen Khan Beltun, a well-known folklore singer, passed away around 11:00 in the morning on Monday.
His family members confirmed his death saying that the singer was ill and died in a hospital in Kabul.
Beltun was born in Chakari village of Khaki Jabbar district, Kabu. However, he spend most of his life in Logar province.
He enchanted the audience with his beautiful and unique voice for up to five decades.
