KABUL (SW) – Arg, the presidential palace, on Tuesday celebrated the legacies of Khwajah Abdullah Ansari, 11th Century Sufi of Herat, and Gohar Shad Begum, the queen of the Timurid Empire in the 15th Century.
Addressing the gathering in this connection, President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani issued directives to properly publish all studies by researchers at the University of Herat and other universities about Khwaja Abdullah Ansari, Abdul Rahman Jami and Vaez Kashifi to help Afghan school students and migrants understand their rich culture again.
