KUNDUZ (SW) – The supporters of Junbish party on Friday closed down the Sher Khan port in Kunduz against the arrest of Nezamuddin Qaisari and for the return of vice president Abdul Rasheed Dostum.
Mohammad Yosuf, chairman of the Kunduz provincial council, informed supporters of the Junbish party closed down the transit gate at the Sher Khan port today.
Today is the 18th day of these protests. A day earlier, protesters in Jawzjan closed down office of the governor, 33 public offices and 6 non-government organizations while warning to launch national uprising if their demands for the release of Nezamuddin Qaisari and for the return of vice president Abdul Rasheed Dostum to country are not met.
