KABUL (SW): A gathering of the Jamiat-e-Islami party in Kabul on Tuesday turned violent amid anti-government slogans.
The moot under the leadership of its former Jehadi leader Syed Noorullah Amad was set to deliberate on future strategy against the government, but it turned violent among participants for unknown reasons amid anti-government chanting.
This was the second gathering of the party after a previous one few months ago which witnessed a suicide bombing at the entrance of the hotel where it was held in the capital. The latest gathering dispersed after the video message by Amad who is one of the leading figures in Jamiat-e-Islami party.
