ISIS train terrorist activities to Jawzjan women

JAWZJAN (SW): According to Darzab police, about 20 ISIS fighters from Nangarhar has come to Darzab Jawzjan to train terrorist activities to women.

Amanullah, head of Darzab Police told Salam Watandar that these ISIS fighters had arrived in Jaawzjan from Achin district of Nangarhar, and reportedly provide terrorism training to about 50 to 60 women in Moghol district twice a week.

Babur Ishchi, head of Jawzjan Provincial Council, also confirmed this news saying along with women, children are also participating in these terrorist combat-like training.

Baz Mohammad Dawar, a resident of Darzab, in a conversation with Salam Watandar, said the presence of ISIS fighters in the district has been increasing and now the group has encouraged women to join their ranks as well.

However, Mohammad Raza Ghafoori, spokesperson for Jawzjan governor said that he has not been informed about this issue yet, but he assured that they will begin their investigation on ISIS training programs and if true, they will take serious steps to stop it as soon as possible.

According to reports, Darzab and Qosh Tapa are the most insecure areas of Jawzjan, and the ISIS group has been active in these two districts.
