IPL’s all four Afghan stars arrive for the star-studded event

KABUL (SW): All four Afghans featuring in the star-studded Indian Premier League (IPL) T20 cricket league have landed in India for the mega event.

‘Googly-master’ Rashid Khan and reliable all-rounder Mohammad Nabi have joined the Sun Risers Hyderabad in Andra Pradesh state, emerging talent Mujeeb Zadran joined his club Kings XI Punjab while another impressive spinner Zaher Khan connected with his club the Rajhestan Royals.

There is already a loud buzz over clash of spin-sensations from Afghanistan Zaher and Rashid on April 9 in Hyderabad. SRH has warmly welcomed Rashid and Nabi who left a lasting mark on arguably the most popular international cricket event last year.

The 11^th IPL T20 would commence on April 7 with champions Mumbai Indians taking on Chennai Super Kings. Afghans would come into action on second day when Mujib’s Kings XI Punjab would face Delhi Daredevils. Rashid and Nabi’s SRH is scheduled to face RR on day three.

At the IPL Auction, Rashid secured INR 90,000,000.00 Nabi earned INR 10,000,000.00 Mujeeb INR 40,000,000.00 and Zahir begged INR 600,000.00.
