KABUL (SW) – Ali Reza Rouhani, spokesman for the Independent Election Complaint Commission, on Saturday criticized the electoral drive over multiple shortcomings.
Addressing a presser, Rouhani said many election observers have not been allowed to monitor the process. He also blamed the late opening of polling stations, glitches with the biometric systems for denying a number of citizens their right to vote.
He urged the Independent Election Commission to swiftly resolve these issues.
