KABUL (SW): President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, talking about the new U.S strategy for Afghanistan in Arg (President Palace) on Wednesday said the new strategy's position against the Taliban and their supporters is clear and the Taliban should get the idea of winning and making the government collapse out their heads.
President Ghani said the killings and bloodshed of innocent people, are the result of the Taliban's war.
According to Ghani, the political and terror age of the terrorist groups in Afghanistan are coming to end, hence, the Taliban must thwart the idea making the government collapse out of their heads. President Ghani suggested that the Taliban should resort to political dialogue. He added that Afghanistan's fate was in a state of ambiguity, but now the country’s future is clear and ambiguities are vanishing.
“The shortcomings of Afghanistan against Pakistan's interventions are a measure, not fear”, noted Ghani.
The President stressed that Afghanistan has never taken action against Pakistan and wants a peaceful relationship with the country.
