KANDAHAR CITY (SW): A well-placed security source told Salam Watandar on condition of anonymity that four Romanian soldiers got wounded in a suicide car-bombing in Kandahar city.
The incident took place in the Khushab village of the 5th district in Kandahar city. The source informed that the suicide attacker hit his explosives-packed car with the convoy of foreign troops. Four Romanian soldiers got wounded in the attack.
Qari Yosuf Ahmadi, a spokesman for the Taliban, has claimed in a statement that seven foreign soldiers have been killed in this attack. Salam Watandar wished to have the views of the provincial police headquarters, but repeated calls were not responded.
