KABUL (SW): The Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF) has named national squad for the forthcoming international matches against Cambodia and Maldives.
According to the AFF, Afghanistan would take on Maldives on June 06 in Dubai. After this match, Afghanistan would play an international match against Cambodia as part of the 2019 Asian Football Championship qualifiers. This match would be played in Cambodia on June 13.
The AFF has named a 24-member squad under the captaincy of Faysal Shayesteh for both of these matches. The players include: Ovays Azizi, Hamidullah Wakili, Baktash Akbari, Hassan Amin, Milad Intezar, Hussain Alizada, Benjamin Nadjem, Modjieb Jamali, Sharif Muhammad, Kahishcka Taher, Faysal Shayesteh, Norollah Amiri, Fardin Hakimi, Amruddin Sharifi, Farshad Noor, Omid Popalzay, Abassin Alikhil, Zubayr Amiri, Khaibar Amani, Mustafa Zazai, Mustafa Azadzoy, Qays Shayesteh, Balal Arezo and Noor Zadran.
All players are likely to gather in Dubai by June 03 for the training camp.
